Delete your FirmaHoy account

You can request the deletion of your account at any time.

How to request it

Email soporte@firmahoy.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it and confirm by email.

What happens when you delete it

• Your subscription is canceled and your access is closed.
• Your account, your organization and its documents, your saved signature and your Google sign-in are deleted. Download anything you want to keep first; the copies the other signers already received remain theirs.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example, issued invoices) and, to prevent repeated use of the free trial, your email and, for 2 years, your name, the IP address of your sign-up and the identifiers of your browsers.
• You can sign up again whenever you want, but your new account will not have a free trial.
• If your organization has other members, you must remove them first.
• Deletion cannot be undone. If you come back, you will need to create a new account.
