Minutes, memos and official correspondence signed without leaving the office — with full traceability of every signature. The alternative to DocuSign, built on the Adobe AATL global standard, at a fraction of the cost.

Minutes, memos and reports stop going from office to office in search of signatures: each signer receives their own link and signs in the established order, from their own office.
Every signature is recorded: who signed, when and in what order. The complete audit certificate travels with the document, ready for internal audits or the court of accounts.
Documents sealed with the AATL certificate are verified in Adobe: any institution or citizen confirms their authenticity in seconds, from Acrobat.
Each country regulates by law which acts a public institution may sign with an electronic signature and which require a qualified signature — also called certified, advanced or accredited depending on the country.
The difference lies in the certificate. At FirmaHoy, documents are signed with the Adobe AATL certificate assigned to FirmaHoy as a platform, and each signer's identity is recorded in the audit certificate: who signed, how they authenticated, when and from where. In a qualified or certified signature, the certificate is personal: it is issued in the name of the person signing, after verifying their identity with their ID document and, frequently, through biometric means such as video identification, via a state-accredited provider.
Electronic signature with an Adobe AATL certificate, the international standard that any PDF reader validates: document hash, timestamp and full traceability of every signature. It is the right signature for the administrative work your country's law allows to be signed electronically.
The qualified or certified signature with in-person or biometric identity verification, issued by an accredited provider. For the acts your law reserves for that signature, the formal channel remains.
Automatic validation in Adobe Acrobat.
The same technical foundation as DocuSign.
Certificates, notices and reports issued by the institution carry FirmaHoy's certified Adobe AATL seal: whoever receives them opens the PDF and Acrobat confirms it was issued through FirmaHoy and that nobody has modified it since.
An altered document fails verification immediately.
